The Viva Naturals Difference
While other brands may come from grain-fed cows, we source our butter from grass-fed cows for a difference you can taste. We then reduce the butter into a pure, aromatic butterfat. How can you tell it’s all-natural? Different jars can have different textures (like grainy or runny) and colors (from light yellow to deep gold). That’s because ghee is made up of many fatty acids, each with its own melting point. Depending on the surrounding temperature, they melt or solidify, bringing about changes in texture. To melt it, just set in warm or hot water. For a creamy texture, melt your ghee, place in the fridge until it has solidified, then store at room temperature.
